📅 Cancellation & Late Policy

We get it — life happens! But out of respect for our time and other clients:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $50 fee or one session deducted from your package.

• If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a late fee may apply.

• Please arrive freshly shaved and ready for your appointment. If we need to shave the area, a $15 shave fee may be added.
