📜 Terms of Service

By booking a service or using this website, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Services Provided

All laser treatments are performed by a licensed Registered Nurse using the Candela GentleMax Pro system. We provide hair removal services only — we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

2. Who Can Book

You must be:

• At least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s consent)

• In good health and not currently pregnant or breastfeeding

• Honest about your medical history and skin condition

We reserve the right to refuse service if it’s unsafe or inappropriate to treat.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee or lose that session.

• If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of the service and prep required, all sales are final. Packages and memberships are non-refundable. We’ll always do our best to make things right if there’s a concern.

5. Results May Vary

Laser results depend on your skin, hair type, and how consistent you are. We’ll give you the best care possible, but no results are guaranteed.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Follow all pre- and post-care instructions

• Avoid tanning or waxing between sessions

• Let us know about any changes to your health or medications

7. Respect Policy

We treat all clients with kindness and respect — and expect the same in return. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of services.
