1. Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment.
– Use a clean razor.
– Do NOT wax, tweeze, or use depilatories for 4–6 weeks prior.

2. Avoid sun exposure & tanning for 2 weeks.
– No tanning beds, no spray tans, no self-tanners.
– If you’ve been in the sun, reschedule to avoid burns.

3. Stop retinol, glycolic acid, AHAs/BHAs on the area 3–5 days before.

4. Avoid antibiotics for 7–10 days before treatment.
(Certain antibiotics make skin more sensitive to light — let us know if you’re on any.)

5. Come with clean skin.
No lotion, oils, deodorant, perfume, makeup, etc.

6. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment.

7. New clients: complete your medical clearance call.
All first-time clients must finish a brief medical clearance call with our nurse practitioner to ensure laser safety. This is required before your first treatment and will be sent via text 1-2 days before your first sessions.
